You got a point to both my grows where like Autumn an winter.

Hmmm
I have the hlg 550 out at the minute
I could chuck that in my 800x800
Be crazy in there.

How many grows did it take you to get 1.5p
Off a 550.
I'll take the 550 off your hands

Seem iv had nothing usefull as far as all the lightin an carbon filter talk goes.
Does anyone have knowlege on wiring. I can do wiring an all that any way wanted to know if this wiring an fuse system could handle running a grow room set up
20200117_222446.jpg it splits off into 3 different power points one of which might be a 15 amp socket

If your not comfortable doing it yourself I’d get an electrician around to switch those ceramic breakers out with newer Switch types and install an rcd

Yea im switched enough to do the work myself just not familiar with what needs to be done/or wat parts i need if that makes sense.. all the wiring run out there is the 2 phase running separate earth i think would that need to be swapped out aswell or just swap out the circuit breakers?

rcd should be big enough to cover all 3 circuits, shouldn’t need to swap any wire, just cut the ceramics out, put rcd on main in after switch,’then branch your 3 new circuits the same size as what’s there off the rcd. Your dealing with mains in but so really advised to use an eleco

what you have there has no earth leakage so a kid puts a fork in a socket they dead

oh wait your saying it’s 2 core wire. Yeah that’s fucked and should be replaced if you have kids around at all. Hella dangerous.

Yea makes sense. Redirect main power into the rcd then out to new sockets?
This wiring is well outta telhe way of kids.
But the whole house runs off the old ceramic breakers

Yea reza 2 core running separate earth cable i think. Far as i know as its not upto code anymore but i guess its the benifets of living in an older house

Please dude, do not do any electrical if youre not a sparky. I work in a switchboard workshop. Just wanted to be on record saying that...

definitely Not up to code. huge fire and shock risk. Youd essentially need to rewire the whole place with 3 core and run a earth spike to the board. Worth getting a sparky to do. Not like changing a power point.
