Read the Constitution. Legislative Branch does not need approval of the Judicial Branch to Impeach. You should also check out the Emoluments Clause while you are perusing it. LOL.

Never said they needed approval of Judicial to impeach, lol. I'm familiar with the emoluments clause, what about it? Other than it is not addressed in the impeachment articles brought forward by dems. I'll go out on a limb and predict Trump is acquitted.

The big question is what comes next. Do the Democrats take out a Bill Barr/Pompeo or do they do more articles on Trump when the Republicans are done pretending they are going to do anything other than Kavanaughing this trial.
Im thinking they take out Barr. It is too obvious he is dangerous to our laws after he allowed Epstein to murder himself and Trump just happens to get Epstein's lawyers to defend him.
Trump is exposed and I think the Democrats keep kicking him from different angles (which he deserves because he brought it on himself).

Well according to those who know a lot more than you do (like how to register in a closed primary and more), one of the top concerns was keeping the technology out of the hands of the Russians. A reasonable concern given the extent of Russian penetration in the Ukraine government and the military. Even now, the javelins are kept far away from the Russian front line and their deployment is carefully scrutinized. But I am sure that's not what you mean.

Because they gave a bunch of other weapons and supplies to get the Ukrainian army up to snuff and tank busting weapons were not one of those early items.
Its kind of like how Obama didn't give them Nukes either unlike Trump.
