This is on top of fan leaf. I have had black aphids on different plants which were removed two weeks ago, but under fan leaves.

These were visible without magnification on top of fan leaf, russet mites seem to be smaller.

This is definitely a hard one to determine with an underdeveloped bug

I think you nailed it!
Same shape, and same darker yellowish spots on the back.

Now, how to rid, putting out the sticky traps right now.
