Do you use tank or RO water? What’s the EC of your base water?
Can you do a low nute charge at ph 5.8 to get just enough run off to test the ph, and let me know the run off ph?
What nute line do you use?

Why I ask is that yes you need calmag, also looks like early stage zinc deficiency. Zinc can get locked out if ph in the root zone is high.

I’m not sure if your talking to dusty or me but I’d say we are both multiple weeks off harvest.

I know how far my lights penetrate, the plants are spread plenty and I’d say dusty knows the same. Anything that won’t get decent size has already been removed off my plants
I was winding him up lol
I was going to ask maybe a week longer next. You know I like to pick the new puppies up by the tailbongsmilie

I just run tap water it’s pretty good water quality here I let it sit for a bit before I use it. I use professor’s organics range and I grow in hempy buckets. Ph has always been bang on 6.2 but I haven’t checked for a bit I’ll give it a look

In coco, I’ve found less issues starting with H20 at least .4 EC. Also feeding at 5.8ph, and getting a decent run off each feed.
Is that what you’re feeding at or run off 6.2 ?
Why did you stop calmag?

Not sure why you stopped calmag?
I use bio diesel calmag and it says to stop after week 2 of flower. I’ve done this in soil for the last 2 grows it wasn’t an issue previously. Clearly I need to alter this in coco
When do you back off on the calmag?
The nuterient is 6.2 before I feed. It always goes to this ph when I add the nutes to water. I read that this was the perfect ph for the plants been organic to take the nutes in and the nutes go to this ph because it’s organic, I believe it was the nute companies info from memory.

I tried looking for the ratios in bio diesel calmag and couldn’t find it. Is it on the bottle? The only reason I can think of why they’d say stop after week 2 of flower would be if it’s really high in N. I assume your using their coco specific nute line?
Coco is very different than soil other than it being an inert media, it has a different cation exchange rate. I found an article I’ll link below for you rather than attempt to write it all out re coco and calmag.
I don’t stop use of calmag. I use RO water though so my dosage would be higher than if I was using tap. My starting EC is 0. Do you know yours?
When I was in my teens and dad n his mates taught me how to grow they gave me a piece of advice as a base....”your plants will always show you what’s going on, or not going on, what they need more of or less of, always strive for all good”. So regardless of what a nute line says, if your plants show a deficiency or excess of something....fix it.
When your dealing with deficiencies in coco, or any media really, it’s important to find the ph of the media, as some things lock out at certain ph.
Enough rambling from me. Oh the joy of insomnia.

I don’t stop calcium foliar sprays until week 3-4 and feed mag the whole way through with Epsom salts (which also boost Sulfur in late flower which is nice)

Yeah I gave her a good spray last night and a dose of es so hopefully that should do it. I’m away for work again for 4 days so it’s hard to nip this shit in the but in 2 days. Don’t have the joy atm of spending a lot of time at home
