I do 2-3 orders a year from glg and they have never let me down. They do great sales. Good promos and freebies and their prices are right. The guy is a grower and a breeder and obviously has a passion for the plant. He has a bunch of smaller high quality breeders to try out. (And I haven’t been disappointed yet on those)

I’m gonna support someone like that. I don’t mind having to wait awhile when he gets slammed from a sale or he has some personal stuff going on. It’s no big deal to me. I expect it from a mom and pop. Amazon has skewed perceptions so much.

sure ? small town usps is a lot different than big city usps...
When I asked GLG why they told me my package had shipped, and then didn't actually ship it 'til 10 days later, I was told by Dave at GLG:
The last promo and our well going out on our grow house put us behind,
Hope you understand

Apparently, eveyone was to busy during those 10 days to actually mail anything, or communicate to their customers what was happening. I asked for further clarification, but was ignored.

The lack of communication and lying to me about when it actually shipped, was enough for me to take my business elsewhere.

If you don't mind me asking, did they tell you the package had shipped, or send you notice that a tracking number had been generated? It's not been uncommon for them to set up a shipment but then not get it to the post office for awhile (I know because I've regularly checked tracking only to find it hadn't made it to the post office yet).

I'm not in a hurry so no skin off my back, but obviously ymmv.

There can be days between shipped or label created notifications and when USPS takes physical possession. Especially in rural places. With logistics as they are many packages go past me of here 250 east of here, then 159 to 300 miles southeast to 80 miles southwest of me and then to me.

Unrelated, but I always enjoy it when I get something from the next town over that went through a processing center more than an hour away.
