Nut burn or light burn?

Hello. Can you tell me what this looks like? It's the second and third row of leaves from the top. My lights are 1000 watt CMH + 480 watt qb. 3rd week in flower. I fed them yesterday bio heaven 1.5ml/L + bio bloom 1.5ml/L from bio bizz, and from AN big bud 1.5ml/L, bud candy 1ml/L, rhino skin 1ml/L, carboload 1ml/L. Total watering 2.5L for 15L pot. Can't tell if light burn or nut burn.

Looks like it's caused by lights to me.

Looks more like a light burn. Nut burns really dries the tip of the plants

Do you think like 9 feet away from tops my lights still work in flower? What is the proper distance?
