Your leaves are not looking too graat my guy ..
doesn’t really look like at light schedule issue. You just need to get a couple grows under your belt .... they won’t grow good bud with wispy leaves like that they look moldy ... like they are revegging too .... it’s not a shocker your buds are small

It’s revegging , ...... plus it’s hella loaded in nitrogen ( dark shiny leaf ). N Tox is also a problem in flower as one of its symptoms in excess is slow bud development/ smaller buds.

Kinda strange this even happened with the FFOF soil. Makes it pretty easy to just plant a seed and watch it grow for the first 30-40 days. No feeding necessary except a bit of cal mag early on but this is strange that this is even happening. If this is an autoflower then this could just be genetics and you got unlucky.

If it's an auto, your 18/6 light schedule is where you want to be. No reason to go down to 12/12. However, I would be suspect of light leaks or an ill programmed / broken timer, along with what looks like plenty of N. Good luck

Here's a little update. I put that reveg in my living room under a lamp with a 23 watt LED for fun. Not a great environment, but I'm just messing around.
