Check the pH of the medium, I suspect it is getting out of range regardless of the input pH and things are gonna get worse.

If you were at 8.0 then I would feed them low around 4.5 and watch the new growth. I highly recommend the bluelab meter, this will let you see whats going on as you correct the soil.

Okay bro will order the blue lab meter right now what should I do as of now to make sure they survive ? Do they look ready for nutes?

Way past ready to feed, so feed. Promix doesn't have any nutrient value. Once you have the first multibladed leaves you should start feeding.

That may be the biggest part of the problem. Start feeding them and don't play around with it, give them 900 - 1000 PPM of a properly balanced feed and they will love it.

How many ml of micro grow and bloom should I use ?

Before feeding anything I'd clean those roots. They look healthy but new leaves are starting to curl, and you mentioned a ph of 8.

Si if you're going to feed them it'd be the perfect moment to remove whatever is on the soil that it's getting your ph to 8. Since you're going to be giving them new food anyways.

Are you watering with tap water?

The soil ph is 8 that’s what this green shit says lmao. I water with tap water yes switched from reverse osmosis 3 weeks ago I add 2.5ml micro 2.5ml bloom 1 ml 2 times a week at a ph of 6.5 and 3 ml cal mag and my ppm is around 450 500 I only did this starting last week. Also water when they feel light with tap water ph down to 6.5 with cal mag 3ml when I’m not feeding. By remove what’s in my soil making it high how do I do that ? Thank you for help

What should I do to remove that from the soil ?

My english it's not the best. But in spanish we call it to "clean the roots". To do it you have to over-water them with "standing water".

By "standing water" I mean tap water that has been left in the open for 24 hours.

You get a lot of it, and water your plants.

First you'll see that the water that comes out of the pots it's pretty dark. That's because its gathering all of the nutrients and salts from the soil.

You keep watering until it comes out clean.

Should I ph the water I leave for 24 hours ? Also should I feed after the the runoff drys ?

I never ph my water in soil... just add nutes too two water and feed em

I’ve only ever had issues when I ph the water

hydro is a different story though

your plants look ok but try giving them just some water with no ph or anything and see how they look after a few days
