Brick Weed

"brick", known round my way as regs, mids, mersh, or simply weed is very different almost every time for me
sometimes i only get headaches, sometimes i get up highs and sometimes i knock out in 7.9 seconds
sometimes its green or brown or green with brown "hairs"
the hustle round here is fucked up
some people lie and say its dro or kb
some people sell .6g for 10 of shit
but in the end i get high
i like that good sh!t
its worth the extra 10 for the gram

I don't like mersh/brick weed because all it does is get me buzzed for a half an hour and then I come down hard a have a painful headache and get incredibly sleepy.

once a dboy friend of mine just got the new shipment he said it was a kilo of weed, i was like wtf is that coke? and he's like naw it's just compress weed so he gave it 2 me 2 feel in m hand and i was like "ur really gonna sell this" and he was like i can't move anough kb i this town (people can't afford it) so i was like jus sell at metrowest like i do and he was like well it's a little late so i threw the brick at him and it hit hit him in the chest and he was breathing hard for a good minute

when i had 2 smoke it in high school it would always leave a gritty mucky taste in my mouth that's why i think it's important 2 only sell kb and smoke kb

i know but chances are that it is of lower quality and a higher chance it was cut with something (usually only happens in the northeast) and Kb gives u that "ceiling high" meaning the more u smoke the higher u get after certain point with brick and mids u can't get much higher, 2 add 2 that u have 2deal with crushed seeds in ur weed something that could ruin a high

as my buddies would call it.. straight up shagggggg... haha. i personally wouldn't touch, let alone smoke it yuck. i can't stand the taste of hay and harsh that booboo is.im not tryin to hate on anyone trading a bowl for a half ounce or however much you got. i mean you could make cookies out of it but i still wouldn't eat it unless i knew who the resources were and what kind of budddz it is. enjoy.

All I have ever really smoked is good bud. Strains I have grown or friends have grown. The few times I have had to buy pot I have always had a connection for good bud. So this Brick weed was like a mystery to me . . . its like a mystery bag at the dollar store you don't know if you are going to get a bag of worthless crap or some cool stuff.
So for someone who smokes top quality bud often I would say the brick I got is not half bad. Nice up high that lasts about 2-3 hrs. The downside is the taste is horrible and it does not get nice and fluffy in my grinder like buds. My plan is to collect fifty or so seeds from some brick weed and plant them all next year. I want to see if I can find some good pheno's from these seeds. I would assume that it is mostly sativa and has been allowed to breed out it those fields meaning I will get plants with lots of varied traits.
Kinda a fun side breeding project to get away from the monotony of a perpetual harvest clone only grow.
If I find some good pheno's I will be coming out with Fork #1 in tribute to gp420
So tomorrow I will have a new brick weed update

fork #1... you will probably be pleasantly suprised at what kind of bud some of those seeds will give you... but be prepared for some phenos that you just look at and say "wtf??" ... those tend to be in the minority though (at least my luck went that way)... my f1's are a project like yours... a good "brick" pheno crossed with a good dank male.... looks beautiful .... i think im gonna do something i've always wanted to with it.... since i almost always smoke brick; im gonna (bash away guys).............. brick up my dank.... yep, thats right; im making me a dank pattie... i love breaking off of brick for some reason, and it would tickle me pink for my brick to be bomb ass bud

same way you make a diamond... just without the heat... time and pressure.... unless you have alot of weed to brick up, you just be creative; just smush it and let it stay for awhile; it should be a nice lil brick.... i have heard from some of the redneck growers out here that you can make a form out of bricks and then use bricks/other weights to weigh it down for a period of time to make that nice lil square with amazing corners

Ok so I traded about three grams of haze for a half OZ of brick . . . .

Got home and it is NOTHING like the other brick! This stuff it really green and smells like fresh cut grass yuck! I pulled it out to look closer and it was never even dried properly, probably compressed into a brick right after harvest. None of the leaves were trimmed with the bud either. I am guessing it was harvested early as well, very few seeds and some underdeveloped seed.

So I loaded a bowl in my bong:

The high is slow to come on very heady and confused.

Not high enough so . . .
I rolled a joint, stuff was so wet and leafy that it broke a tine in my grinder.
Smoke tasted horrible! Near the end of the joint the taste was comparable to burning tires! Yuck!
The high after the Joint reminds me of Jamaican Ganja. Complete head high, very tropical. I like this high as compared with the other brick maybe I can find some seeds. Stay tuned for the Fork #1 brick weed phenotype selection breeding project, starting 2009!

already beat you to it yo.... growing f1's.. brick/dank cross... thats why i say you will prob. be suprised if you do decide to grow em out... i only save seeds from good brick, and the plant i grew out (mother of this cross) was damn good... now crossed with the dank father; the resulting cross is looking to be a wonderful plant... i like it better than the seeds i bought online.... bout two more months we'll see how this one yields and smokes... but i am banking on damn good.....
