should i add nutrients to a clone that hasnt yet developed roots, or should i wait untill it gets roots and starts to grow some?

dude trim up those leaves just pull them all up like a pony tail and cut straight across. there is no root system to support that much foliage. make sure you dont cut the growth tip

there should be small amounts of nutes in the dirt to substain it till it grows some roots. mist your plants with a very diluted nutrient solution. humidity and warmth will also help

yep looks good, you might have better chances of them rooting next time if you take clones before you flower...im not quite sure how well that'll work out...oh and git rid of the most bottom fan leaves but leave on the top ones.

good luck with that, let me kno if they root... i dont see why they shouldn't.

Hey, I am just starting my first clone. Unfortunately for 12 hours of the day the temp in that room is 90. The rest of the day its 70. I mist frequently, humidity is high, and I cut the leaves. This is the fourteenth day and I dont see any roots. They are starting to look weaker. What should I do?

Cannabis Cloning.
well they can take up to three weeks but here is the link to the video that i watched to learn how to clone. i've had 100% success rate with this technique....and i dont even use superthrive like this guy says to. this technique works i kno from experience cause i've done it a hundred times.

oh and next time dont hijack anyone elses thread you'll get chewed up. just to let you kno for future reffrences.

i'm a bit confused on why you cut the leaves. couldn't you have braced the plant with something if it was falling over? or planted it a bit deeper? either way the plant will grow, but i'm still wondering... i would be interested in seeing this plant in 2 weeks.

you cut the leaves because the cutting does not have enough of a root system to support that much foliage. so when you cut the leaves it dont put the energy into growing more leaves but in turn it puts the energy towards building a root system.

Why would you trimm leaves like that? I do not agree. Snip from the stem or don't bother. I think it will stress your plant. I may be wrong but I don't think so. Do you want a hermie? Why would you ever cut your leaves like that? It is wrong. Someone agree with me

i don't know about the hermie thing. but yeah, i would agree to not trim the leaves. the plant will spend the energy where it is needed. it would most likely prosper better without having to worry about the lost foliage or (now) looking for more ways to feed off the previous light levels it was receiving.

mj is like a weed though, so it will be ok, you could really run over a plant with your car only to find it growing again. i just wouldn't ever cut a green leaf, and would hesitate to cut a miscolored leaf.

well if you chodes are gonna ripe apart my post, then go fuck your self. ALL IM SAYING IS THAT I HAVE HAD A 100% SUCCESS RATE WITH THIS TECHNIQUE and possibly thought that someone else could use the information. I've had no clone deaths OR HERMIE'S in the 100 times i have succesfully used this techniqe.

and might i ask how many times you have successfully rooted a marijuana plant?

come on dude. i cant fuck myself. if i could i probably would right now, just cuz i like to fuck. but anyway.... i'm not rippin on your technique. just saying i wouldn't do it. i know the plant will grow. LIKE i Said you call run over things and plant them and they will grow.

i'm sure if we takled about it we would agree we wiped our asses in different manors, but we aint going to talk about it and most likely our asses are clean. or at least clean enough for each of us.

:peace:

No HiAzAll
We are not dis agreeing. Everyone has an opinion. Personally, myself. Cutting healthy leaves almost in half can not be good. No?

Cheers pimp. I wish people would just give and take opinions like ours and others. If they on't want to hear them they can learn from there mistakes and waste there time.
