Is this to high pH?

I'm about 2 weeks into veg and it has been getting worse. The pH of this soil sits roughly around 7.0 - 7.5. I balance my solutions to around 6.0-6.5

If the soil is at 7.5 and you want your root zone to experience something closer to 6.5 then feed at 5.5.

Its soil. But it's running high in alkalinity. It frequents more on the side of 7.5.

I've been feeding it at around 6.0-6.5 I always thought if I dropped it too hard to fast that I would shock the plant. I will try and feed it at a 5.5-5.8 level.

I'm wondering if it's the pH or possibly too much circulation going on pulling moisture out of the leaves too fast, causing it to wrinkle.

It does appear to be mimicking some minor deficiencies but very early stages. I did over feed once. Have since corrected with a few flushes. But I am experiencing clawing as well.

So, to wrap it all up... I've noticed my pH on the higher side, clawing/curling and minor deficiencies.

HAHA actually got a laugh out of me!

I do realise a piece of me is being over zealous but this is truly a science experiment to me. I would like to know if what I am exhibiting here is the pH being to high or if I'm drawing the moisture out.

P.s. my temp is on average 24.2 degrees
And my humidity is on average 41%

Show me a burnt tip, a brown spot, deformed growth pattern?

They are fine and once you start messing with PH in soil you're on a slippery slope chasing numbers.

I'd carry on, as you were so to speak.

By the way, although it means nothing to me because I don't chase numbers, my PH is about 6.5 to 7 going in on those shitty PH paper testing tabs.

Very true and although there are books there's nothing like hands on experience
