i try and walk where i can but i live in the boons so i go for walks in the woods to look for deer with my 30-30 and to smoke a j in peaceI'm a fecking gym rat. Everyday, unless injured or sick which is rare, I'm there. Now that I've hit the 50 age group I can't do the weight I used to, but I still go strong and hard with what I can. I mix one day cardio/abs followed the next day by resistance training. I used to incorporate swimming in my routine but here were I live it's hard to get a lane. I also walk. I'm a fecking walking machine. If I can walk there I will and will definetly walk for pleasure (while hitting a twisty hehe).

i smoke every day, but i also play ball and work out several times every week.

i like how my arm and legs get so tighjt they dont even want to flex i go until it hurts when i work out most of the time so id say i work out pretty much 3 hours a day now off and on that isbasically i at the end of freshman yr of high school my boy said "if u're seriously considering trapping u need 2 gain weight
i was 13, 4'11 and 87-93 lbs my whole life (no food at home)
so during the summer i sold whatever i could to make sure i got a good amount of food and started just doing pushups situps chinups pullups squats and towe raises when i had toned that up i started eating alot of protein and calcium rich foods and lifting weights, by the end of the summer i was 14, 5'1 and 110-115 lbs i played football and ran track completely forgetting the reason why i wanted to be bigger in the first place
the nex summer i lifted weights ate everything in site ad did enough cardio to keep a good running speed by the end of that summer i was 15, 5'3 125 lbs and started trappin
now i'm 20 5'8 and 165 and still lifting weights i love the endorphins rush when i finish an excercise and when i'm playing football my raw power when taking off.
on the street i to hide how big i am so if i got into a fight i could pull a 1 hit knockout cuz they wouldn't expect it lol but in the club i'm all about the tight t, fly jeans and the forces lol

And yeah i work out like 5 times a week, currently doing a cut right now. Im 6'2 205 but im hoping to get back down to 195. I do a 5 day split and then do some cardio. I love the feeling of a great workout.

I've been boxing now for 3 years. We do cardio there too. The past 4 months I have REALLY been eating healthy....and I feel great lately.
I just seem to keep growing up and not out. I don't mind...knowing theres room to improve
i remember when my life revolved around boxing, then i moved on 2 kickboxing, i think ima start boxing again tho nothin like itboxing is one of the most rigorous work outs a human being can experience. I've been boxing for over 3 years, maybe I'm up to four. It has gotten me into excellent shape and I was just like you, tall and skinny and I could work out for ever and see limited results. I began using supplements like muscle milk to gain weight and some other shit and it's been working out very well in my favor.
I lift a couple times a week at the gym but spend most of my time boxing, I'm in a match this Sunday. if anyone is near Stroudsburg, you should attend =)

i find myself smiling for no reson when im really baked but that takes som crazy ass shit to do weed bearly does it anymore i find myself fucking with alot of other drugs than just weed now the highs just gotten old but i do love weed over anything else and by other drugs im just fucking with shrooms acid and pain killersi like when i get blasted and i'm happy 4 no reason, the giggles are a lil harder 2 come by now, but a nice brisk run while ur high is building when u relax u get fuckin BLASTED!!!
