here 2 i watered today with no light on 1st pic is doing fine as far as I can see but this 2nd 1 a little different the leaves a really thick not wide and really bushy and can anyone tell me about the leaf is it a issue

Id say personally its not an issue as long as it doesnt get worse.

I'm using cana Terra professional rest of plants seem fine no nutrition burn steams are all nice and thick I probably splash something on the last water lol
