Hey folks I bought an HLG 288 V2 double slated board about a year and a half ago. How would one know if they received a bad board? Or am I not doing a great job growing. My temps are at 81, RH at 55-60 (I know it’s not in the best VPD range) my lights were 22” away, at 22k lumens. The plant was in amended Fox Farm Ocean Forest, I didn’t use anything crazy. Just Compost tea, Fish Amino Acid, Silicate Root’s Calmag, Gro Kashi, Worm Castings, and Malted Barley Seed. The plant was not rootbound but tops were yellow with super purple stems and necrotic spots. I was having to give it double the dose of Cal -mag from TPS. Still wasn’t getting better. Starting using GE’s Maxicrop, which started to get better but not fully. Anyways was it me or did I get a bad board? I read an article on the boards saying there is a chance of getting a faulty board.
Any advice would be helpful
