How much do you know about Obama care? Your statement is partially true - subsidized from poverty level to 400% above... Even then you had to make closer to the %400 'above' poverty level for it NOT to be expensive, therefore the average low income American household could not afford it.. What about those living below poverty level? That leaves 38ish million of our poorest American's mostly uninsured or underinsured. Which ethnical groups consist of our poorest American's? I'll let you answer that.. Are they not the people who likely needed help with health insurance the most? Many didn't get it.
He is technically correct. Obama care is a for profit scheme, on behalf of the government. There is more bad then good, it was not rolled out properly. I voted for Obama twice and absolutely adore the man's character and family values. Healthcare policy implemented during his presidency - not so much..

Pretty much everything I see posted or linked and suggested as 'evidence' or 'resources' or 'proof' in opposition, is biased news & twisted opinions with 1/2 facts.. The same people who say "go with reputable sources" will link unreputable sources within moments. It's simply flabbergasting the amount of gaslighting that goes on..

WE are land of the free, home of the brave, and WE are all 'suppose' to be treated equally in the eyes of the law.
WE are not all treated equally - in the opposite of the way you speak of. Minorities are oppressed. Hence our protests, that spread throughout the world. It sucks that is happening in Scotland, and I can clearly see what you are trying to say here. You're saying they had an advantage, but they jumped on board with BLM protest movement locally, and now the advantage they had (protection against being jailed for racism) is now being taken away. So now they can be jailed for being openly racist. Well good, that is how society should be..equal.
I can also tell you that most people from the US are not going to understand your viewpoint, because what you speak of is not the policy here in America. Plus - actual injustices and inequality have occured, not just 'perceived' ones, and therefore their/our VOICES must be heard.
It appears that yall will use any excuse you can to be a bully, and it shows. I enjoyed most of yall, and laughed a lot. Thanks for that. I'm sure I'll see ya around but I'm gonna let these political forums be.. as they are.

Every few Sunday's trump and some others get together for "breakfast " under the guise of it being a religious thing.
He sits there munching away with lots of important people who should fuckin hate him.
It was pretty fucked up like. Guy had hidden cameras so it's all fly on the wall stuff. Nobody knew he was filming.
Can't really remember the specifics but it was crazy. He clearly is in some club of officials who all work together in the background while pretending to hate each other in public.
Should see all the weird shit about the English royals too. Those wankers are definately in the same mix somewhere.

In my case I'm intolerant of religious beliefs.
Particularly white Christians, Jehovahas and I've got a personal beef with the church of Jesus Christ and later day saints as they destroyed one of my mates and left him mentally broken beyond repair.
Quite happy to admit that stuff man I just see it as being the sane one.
There's over 3000 religions on earth and only one can be the right one.
So iether 2999 of them are wrong and one is right.

The idea of this bill is to create more legal equality for folks.
They can't stop charging white,straight atheists for things to balance it though so instead they are changing the law to allow for easier prosecution of gays, ethnic minorities and religious people ...mostly from said straight, white atheists.
What blm are trying to achieve is having the opposite effect here and that's what I'm trying to point out.
I'm not saying I'm for it. I'm not saying great idea. I'm just trying to point out that it's there so people can see it.
