How far along am i?

I thought i was around week 2 flowering, but just when i thought it would flower, it continues to grow more. I started planted them May 15th. The plant is already sticky and starting to smell. The plant is outdoors in Northern CA. This specific one is Premium Girl Scouts. Thanks!

Did you change the light cycle or its exposure to light? I would normally say it’s just stretching but some of those leaves — they sort of look like they’re revegging...

I haven't changed the light cycle at all. Early on they were being brought in at night around 9pm, and then brought out outside in the morning, but they have been outside since over a month ago. Only thing i do is at night i bring them to the corner of my house under the patio and move them out into the sun in the morning.

Stop moving them around. Leave them in the sun. We are in mid august, they need to do their thing naturally. You moving the plant will fuck it up. It needs 18-6 for veg and 12/12 for flower. You moving it around and stuff is actually messing with the light cycle significantly enough to trigger flower hormones and veg hormones. Let the plant do it’s thing. You’ll end up growing boof

Yeah, it sounds like something you’ve done has confused the plant. Those kinds of leaves with only a single leaflet, where the serrated edges are smoothed over, usually are associated with revegging. Maybe the plant started flowering back when you were bringing it inside, but leaving it outside a month ago exposed it to light longer.

What can i do at this point? Should i just leave them exactly where they are in the backyard and not move them to the side of the house at night?
Just leave them out. Don’t move the plants. The light will naturally cycle when the season changes. Now if it starts getting super wet, I would move them under cover so they don’t develop mold. Out here in Cali we are so dry all the time, we don’t start getting rain until December even beginning of the year.

Why do you feel the need to move them?

Do you think these get moved every night?

I've been moving them to the side of the house because it gets extremely windy here at night. Sometimes around 25+mph. I was worried that the winds would stress them. What i was doing was around 8pm, id move them from the middle of the backyard (where all the light is), to the side of my house where it was less windy, but that side has no sunlight at all so i cant just keep them there. Around 6am, id move them back to the middle of the yard.

The only thing I would be concerned about more than the wind, is the heat. Weed plants don’t like 100+ temps. I grow indoor for that reason. The plant will still be fine just because they adapt to their environment pretty well. Don’t worry too much about the heat or the wind, if anything put a support on the sides of it, like a bamboo stick or even a tomato cage

What can i do about the heat for the next few days? Should i give them shade?

Another question, will this current reveg hurt the quality of the bud? At this point it sounds like i should just let it do its thing then?
