Woodward did what any good investigative journalist would do, compile a thorough investigation of Trump's lies & then publish it.
What affect would it have had anyway in Febuary/March if Woodward released his tapes of Trump saying it was highly contagious?
Trump would/has/will still deny/ doublespeak & convince his minions that he is right, fuck Woodward & Fauci & the CDC & WHO.
Woodward's book means shit actually, everyone & I mean everyone on the fucking Planet Earth know's Trump is a misbegotten cancer on society (even his supporters know that deep down inside I believe)
Saying Woodward is also responsible for all the deaths laying at Trump's feet is bullshit.

Anyway, Woodward's explanation is reasonable and I laugh when I hear people deflect from Trump's lies and failures by accusing Woodward of doing something nefarious.
It was obvious in February that Trump was lying, covering up and setting this country up for a disaster in the form of this epidemic. All doubt was removed when he refused to let the Grand Princess ship dock on US soil "because the numbers would go up". Woodward just provides clean evidence that wouldn't have changed anything at the time. Hardly a shocker that Trump was lying to us. I'd have been shocked if he had taken it seriously and followed advice of our experts on the subject. But not shocked that he had all the right information available to him and lied to us about it. That was obvious.
lulz at the idea that the Republican Senate, which had just acquitted Trump in the impeachment trial, would have suddenly grown a spine and done something after hearing Woodward's interview.
Reading a book doesn't cost a dime when you check them out from the library. btw

She's doing OK for now although one of her student's had COVID-19 in August & as I'm sure you know, no one knows for how long, even in survivors, how long it is transmittable.
No one knows what the fuck their doing at her school basically, & as her principal told her, "We're building the ship as we sail it"
Reassuring thought right?
Scary shit to exist in that envoirment.
She, myself & my son right now are just are hoping now that she (our family) does not become another victim of Trump's murderous ineptitude.
Only time will tell.

Well I was asked to work from home the middle of March just prior to Ontario locking down on the 17th so yes everyone who had a fucking brain knew it was serious and everyone knew he is/was a lying piece of shit..........but I do believe it should have been reported via tapes. The blame solely lies (hehe) with the POTUS to protect the people, that’s his fucking job and he failed and has in every way imaginable.

We knew in the US. His die hard supporters refused to change their opinion but they knew at the time too. His net approval rating dropped by 30% during the time Woodward was recording the first of his interviews.

I agree that everyone knew (well unless your a turnip brain) that this was bad and still is bad. Honestly I’m actually getting extremely anxious about what’s going to happen south of the border......here too. I really hope the vote is so lopsided that it will be impossible to fuck with the results but I doubt that will happen ....... good luck to all my US brothers, this time next year is going to be very different I fear.

It all comes down to how much damage Putin is up to putting on his people, does he really think that it is better for him to go to war than it is to back off and suck up the years of sanctions his financial puppets are going to get put under in an attempt to not hurt the Russian people.
