I grew organic years ago, and I’ve lost my way just a bit. I know of the company you bought your nutrient kit from.Below is a link to the amendments I use. You will never burn your plants with this or I should say that it is very hard to burn your plants with these amendments. Notice there are no blood meals or guanos! Dont be hard on yourself! Your mistake is a cheap lesson which will result in priceless experience bro! Cheers!
