Would you're T go way up when you smoked befroe the Widex??
Yes...smoking weed was like turning it on and up, every time...Even with the Widex, I still get that effect from weed occasionally, but not enough to make me want to stop. But yeah, for about the first year I smoked very little, and usually regretted it every time. My ears are ringing off the hook right now as I just vaped, plus thinking / talking about it makes it worse for me.

I tried a bunch of stuff, including PT for TMJ...Really weird letting a therapist massage your jaw with latex gloves...and it did nothing for me. Got some good neck massages out of it at least.

Yeah me too, I tried everything... PT for neck, 60 chiro appts from 5 different chiros.. I'm getting into more self PT for forward head posture.

I don't like anyone, I basically like being alone 80% of the time.. But I've known this girl since HS and she started coming over about 2 months ago. I'm wondering how much money to spend on her on her 40th BDAY. She's a single mother with not much money and I have money.
ALL of it !

Uh wait
You should give what you feel. How do you feel, you said you like her and she’s a b+ ass and has kids so dude you know what you want to do.
I’m way sicker man and every day is a gift given to you. Trust me, I fucking cry when I wake up every morning.
If she makes you happy, make her happy in any way you can. Screw money dude.
When kobi died, I’m not a big bb fan but I saw a man who loved his wife dearly and only thought of her and how to make her happy. I realized I needed to do that with the mrs much more then I did. And in turn this made me feel better.
In the end YOU get what you give.

You can absolutely give her a gift card for the grocery store or whatever. If that’s what she needs now especially with all of the Rona mess going on, by all means.

Mid 30s woman myself, I pride myself on my gift giving. I don’t just want stuff, but if you see something and think of me, by all means. I keep a running list of “stuff people like” on my phone. Family, friends, etc. I’m not saying that’s what everyone should do, but I do suggest if you spend a lot of time with the gal, reflect on it. It doesn’t need to be big, but people like to be considered, thought of. A rando “neat sounding local jean company“ was mentioned to me by my husband. A year later, I got him a pair.

What are her hobbies, or as a single mom, what would she like them to be? What does she like to do to unwind? Does she wish she could buy some fancy makeup, hair, face, thing? Get her a gift card to sephora, ulta, or something. Cash alone won’t show that you think about her. Gift cards are good for places you know she’d like to spend money, but you aren’t versed enough to pick out something. Maybe a couple different gift cards, but making one of them for a place she can’t possibly buy something for her kids. or maybe cash and some small thing you recall her saying she liked. That money will be helpful AF right now, but that thoughtful object will mean just as much.

sorry for rambling.

Technical note, white space is your friend. A wall of text like that makes me turn away. So add line spaces between paragraphs.

Remember when you are in TnT it's as likely as not you are responding to a troll.

Set aside $500 for the day.

You might be dead inside but she doesn't sound like that. So make the day about her.

Spending money on someone doesn't spark feelings out of nowhere. If she develops overt feelings after the day, they were always there. Helping others have a good time doesn't mean you are interested, it means you care.

So take her to dinner, give her a present related to her interests (spend like there's no tomorrow), learn to be happy through others being happy if you can't find your own happy.

...and the most important;
(learned through real life experience)

-Don't be a dick and assume, but makes yours available if she wants it.

Money doesn't usually mean much. Spend what you need to and don't worry about the total. I'm more mature woman is looking for time and not for her is to be wasted. I would cook a baller home cooked meal... not just like a steak dinner and less she's particularly into that. Add a really nice Pinot Noir Wild Horses is a big hit. And make the finishing course worth remembering be at a cheesecake or a lava cake. Or whatever she's into. After that a nice little night on the town so Mom can get away. Don't take her to a dive bar or the local Saloon but try to find something with some live music a place that you can sit and talk and still be entertained. Just my two cents but when it comes to 40 year old women I do pretty well
