I gotta tell ya bro, go with the 600W. I just ordered a 600 that ima stick in my room to get a 1000W on those baby girls. i should of just hit it up when i started planning my room, but I switched spaces and the area was larger than before, so I got watt envy and oredered an 600.

i was not aware of the misting epidemic and will cease and dessist. i have only done it 3 times, not much, but do not want to rot my golden nuggets.
. . . . i agree, wouldn't that suck badly, eh?

as for calgary, i have been there. a long long time ago when i was a child, but remembered it was pretty cool.
. . . . pretty friggin' cold in the winter too. We only get about two months of summer here.

we were in a suburban road tripping it and we camped near banff. is that close to calgary. i know we went through calgary and went to edmunton. can't remember much, but we did go to the banff hotel for a 20 dollar burger!
. . . . Ya it's a tourist trap hehehe

Banff is about 1½ hours west of Calgary if you drive slow like me ;-) We're above Montanna as you can see on the map below.

For sure dood. Next grow I'm going to setup some aeroponics or upgrade to a 600W digital system. Haven't decided which yet. Probably going to do the 600w though. I think it will reap the most benefits for the dollar.

This guy has a kick ass Aero/NFT flower systems set-up. You might have stumbled across his journal already. He's been at it for 14years. Was a died hard soil guy till he met his mentor. It's organics and mostly DIY, a little expensive for initial investment but when you look at what he's harvesting it's certainly worth it.

3 separate Aero/NFT flower systems allow me to run a 9 week flower cycle.

I might work my way into that kind of setup. For now I want to earn my wings in soil.

I got a piece of that pvc fence post in my garage. I used a piece for a DIY 6 tap kegerator for homebrew. Maybe in the future...I have enough problems with soil for now! Lookin' good snakedude:mrgreen:

. . . . thanks hayduke, good to hear from ya.

I'll stick with soil too, for next couple grows anyways. Takes a bit of money to get all that shit together.

That's too bad it's so dry there.

I actually got lucky. Had some nice bud that my daughter's boyfriend smoked me up this last week. But it was like $120.00 for a half an oscar, but it was worth a few dollars more for the better quality. He told me the name of it but I've never heard of it.

It's tempting, hehehe, Oh ya ;-)

I can't wait to harvest and then maybe cure for a couple weeks.
