I did just receive tracking info for an order that was paid for on Oct 10th, I suppose we can take this as a positive sign. We're at least redirecting towards neutral. I've ran an online retail business getting swamped during winter quarters and its tought, but even if you're a one man gang, there are ways to automate this stuff and get it out in a reasonable amount of time. If you have the inventory in hand, there really is no excuse not to have it out within a week or 2 tops (under EXTREME circumstances). But 3+ months? Not reading emails, and like @InfiniteIndo said, putting your head in the sand not communicating with customers who have given you their hard-earned money is ridiculously immature and pretty f*cking shady. There should be no room in this industry for f*ckshit like this.
Damn bro. Stories like yours are making me not even want to risk it again. No one wants to have to hassle this dude for months to try to get their order.
I've been trying to contact him about getting the wrong deal with my order because I could tell the free packs weren't randomly selected.. still no reply.
Received my order yesterday, a 6 pack of Cannarado's Birthday Cake S1's.
I also received a 10 pack of Pint Sized by Clearwater Genetics as freebies.
So I ended up with a pack of seeds valued at over $100 as freebies, for a $60 order that was a couple weeks late, not bad.
I heard stories about this dudes terrible customer service and not sending paid orders out for up to a month - I figured I'd take the risk because of the deals. Basically it all went well, until it didn't - so its definitely a risk.
With excellent seedbanks like GLG and JBC who are ALWAYS on top of their business, and provide great customer service - no reason to deal with the nonsense from this guy.
I placed 3 separate orders with them over the past two weeks and all got here within a week. As noted from others though he does not respond to emails. If you have an issue with something you'll be lucky if he responds. I didn't get my $5 shipping discount, only $5, but my messages were ignored.
