Got my order today. I got two extra freebie packs and an offer for 10% off my next order and 50% off shipping if I post my order on IG and tag GLO.

I'll say the "randomly selected" freebie packs for the creamsicle deal didn't seem so random. For freebies I got 3 packs of white hot screamsicle, 2 packs of purple flavonoid, 2 packs of pint sized and one pack of lemon freeze pop.

I would've liked the packs to be truly random but overall I'm not so dissatisfied really. He just needs to learn that communication is the most important part of customer service and burying your head in the sand when shit goes left isn't the answer.

I'm considering ordering again because I don't think his intent is to screw anyone over.. But that lack of communication is cause for concern.

I did just receive tracking info for an order that was paid for on Oct 10th, I suppose we can take this as a positive sign. We're at least redirecting towards neutral. he posted the current deals on instagram. Plus hes a one man team and he did a move from west coast to east and getting probably 100s of order a day is alot to deal with. But for what you pay its worth the wait as i have always got what i order

On instagram he said to email the email in his bio for the full sales list. I think it's theflavorcreator@gmail.com

I have 120 days to file complaint - I've waited this long so I'll give him another week.

I've ran an online retail business getting swamped during winter quarters and its tought, but even if you're a one man gang, there are ways to automate this stuff and get it out in a reasonable amount of time. If you have the inventory in hand, there really is no excuse not to have it out within a week or 2 tops (under EXTREME circumstances). But 3+ months? Not reading emails, and like @InfiniteIndo said, putting your head in the sand not communicating with customers who have given you their hard-earned money is ridiculously immature and pretty f*cking shady. There should be no room in this industry for f*ckshit like this.

Damn bro. Stories like yours are making me not even want to risk it again. No one wants to have to hassle this dude for months to try to get their order.

I've been trying to contact him about getting the wrong deal with my order because I could tell the free packs weren't randomly selected.. still no reply.

I heard stories about this dudes terrible customer service and not sending paid orders out for up to a month - I figured I'd take the risk because of the deals. Basically it all went well, until it didn't - so its definitely a risk.

With excellent seedbanks like GLG and JBC who are ALWAYS on top of their business, and provide great customer service - no reason to deal with the nonsense from this guy.

Received my order yesterday, a 6 pack of Cannarado's Birthday Cake S1's.
I also received a 10 pack of Pint Sized by Clearwater Genetics as freebies.
So I ended up with a pack of seeds valued at over $100 as freebies, for a $60 order that was a couple weeks late, not bad.
I'd say those pint sized are more around the $80 ballpark since they're a very common freebie especially from GLO it seems.

Literally the only thing that keeps people coming back is the deals. They can't be beat.. I buy seeds from small time breeders and GLO has better prices than them even.. At least on deals like the buy 2 get 3 free

He must read the forums, lol. He posted teasing the apple fritter crosses sayin he may keep for himself after seeing all the lies being said bout him. Lol. I got the pint size freebie also, had already disputed charge over a month, can't cancel the dispute now lol they said
Sent him an email saying rerun the charge or give new invoice, ain't heard back. He posted last Thurs he had sent out a couple hunnert pkgs, that's a lot for a one man show, plus hell piss someone off on IG and they'll start reporting him, seems to happen to many. He does get the best deals, glad I loaded up before the move when the prices were even cheaper, and better selection

I finally got my order! 3+ months of waiting but he made up for it in substitute/extra packs and a personal note which I appreciate. It showed some character. All and all, I'm satisfied with the outcome, but I won't order again. If he gets his customer service game together, I might - but for me an extra $10-$20 saved on a GLO deal ain't worth the higher likelihood of BS.

I had a couple of orders that were also slow ... going on nearly two months at one point. But, they were received.

The good news, my most recent order (this month) was super fast and was here in about a week after paying. GLO did note that they had some troubles moving from the West coast to the East coast. Hopefully, they are back on their game.

Placed an order with my 10% discount while the Apple Fritter packs were back at somewhat low prices. Got a tracking number the next day. Probably the fastest I've ever gotten tracking from GLO. Had a little issue with an invoice he insisted was 10 dollars more than it should have been but got that sorted out.

So I'd say much much better this go round. We'll really see once the package touches down. I think I'm good on buying beans for the rest of my life but I'm sure I'll get intrigued again if I see another great deal like the creamsicle one. Total haul will probably come to about $1 and some change per bean which is as good as you're gonna get anywhere unless you buy wholesale.

Got my order 4 days after placing it. Pretty much as fast as I've gotten an order especially since I ordered on a Friday afternoon. Overall happy with my transactions. He followed through with his promise of discounts & extra freebies for me at least.

I placed 3 separate orders with them over the past two weeks and all got here within a week. As noted from others though he does not respond to emails. If you have an issue with something you'll be lucky if he responds. I didn't get my $5 shipping discount, only $5, but my messages were ignored.

I poked at him and got him to respond.. I'd send him one email I felt like he was just ignoring then followed it up with some more shit.. lol. Kinda just letting him know this isn't how you do business.. and if you give someone your word that you'll give them 10% off their order and 50% off shipping then that's exactly what you do instead of being one foot in & one foot out.

I was borderline talking shit.. saying stuff that probably made him catch feelings enough to actually reply. I think I said something like "stop hiding from my emails & tucking your tail" he didn't like that and broke out the old you don't know how much I've been through line.. And I just kept it real with him & told him everyone goes through shit but I really do hope things get at least a little better for him.

Dude just needs to understand this shit is a business and you gotta do certain stuff to have peoples trust, respect & ultimately dollars.
