I'd say don't flush unless it's a last resort and run 5x the container volume of water thru your medium. this is usually a last resort and don't recommend for soil

Squeeze the node in between branches to soften it. It will bend a lot easier. Much less risk of a snap.

This is one I did on my last run. I didn't need to get low tho. I needed to space out the colas.

It's not too late. Next week may be.
They look good, but the shorter plants will starve of light while the taller ones get a tan.
I'd super crop asap.

its highly debated here but pretty sure it's been disproven by science, flushing is needed at times but only serves a specific function, mostly to reset your medium, this is really only needed in hydro

What lights do you have? 18-24 inches is a good starting point. A little burn is no big deal.

Lower your lights and check on them in 10-12 hrs. Then check on them again and if the tips of your leaves are not curling up, you should be fine

You'll get no light spread @ 18", plus with a 400 watt HPS you'll burn the fuck out of them.
