Thats the light I'm using for my 1st grow. I need a light meter. I kept the light about 12-18" during veg with no dimming.
I like how cool the Spiderfarmer runs. The LEDs dont throw alot of heat and the driver is only just warm to the touch.
I bought another light that was half the cost and all 3 of my plants listed towards the spider light lol.
I'll be buying 3 more of these for my 4x4x8 tent over the next year or so.
Heres some pics of my current light setup.

I'll be watching this thread & good luck!

I downloaded a lux meter app. Works great. Accurate. My buddy has an actual meter and it was spot on.

HOW MUCH LIGHT DO YOUR CANNABIS PLANTS REQUIRE?

  • Clones and seedlings: 5,000–7,000 lux
  • Vegetative growth: 15,000–50,000 lux
  • Flowering: 45,000–65,000 lux
  • Maximum recommended amount of light: 75,000 lux

What about even more light? At some point, increasing the light beyond a threshold plant can manage will actually diminish returns. Said differently, once you reach about 85,000 lux, it’s simply too much. Some strains may already show signs of light stress at only 75,000 lux, with the risk of light bleaching increasing at over 80,000 lux. To keep it safe, it is best to stay at or below 75,000 lux.

...and now I know I need to raise my lights

Confession - sometimes I measure my light even though I know I haven’t moved it. It’s an important thing always double check.
