Nitrogen difecency

I’m new to growing and I would appreciate some help , the leafs on the plants are turning light green from the center outwards, I also have some curling going on . I top dress once a week roots organics grow and microcharge 1 tsp per gallon and they are in 5 gallon plastic pots and Ph water to 6.5 to 6.7 . My light is set at 38” from the top of the plants . I would appreciate some advice been struggling for a while with this , I wanna get them right before I start 12 -12.

This is not deficiency, do not add any nitrogen they have enough. This is just new growth which turns darker as it grows.

What about the curling of the leafs could it be the temperatures or maybe fans being to close ?

Can be cold, can be air or just too much fert. I would give water next time and see what it going on further...
