Yellowing - HELP !

Hi I’m a newbie and wanted some advice on what I have been seeing on my plants. I am growing them in coco and perlite, feeding them advanced nutrients (6ml from each bottle in 1 gallon of water) when the coco starts looking dry (about every 2-3 days). There are 6 plants in total, in 5 gallon grow bags. I am using a Mars hydro tsw2000 light in a 4x4 tent with the dial on 75 on a 18/6 cycle. The seeds were started 12/12, so they are vegging now (I think?). I don’t PH the water. Don’t judge me ! Haha. Anyway, what could be causing that yellowing? Could it be a PH issue ? If not, what else could it be? Thanks in advance.

Nute burn. Nearly textbook. If you are feeding her with every watering she has everything you've ever given her overloading her system. Feed, water, water, feed. And if you're growing in coir and perlite you will regret not Ph-ing your water/ feed. To start get a cheap ph pen from Amazon they may not last af long af the expensive ones but it gets the job done. For me the pen was a necessity, blue green colorblind. Can't interpret ph test drops if you can't see the color accurately.

Also flush her periodically.

Coco is hydro. Feed every time never straight water. Problem is you got a small plant in a big pot. Coco usually 3 gallons max.
yes you need ph pen. Or get the drops. Cheap ph pen is fine. Just stay away from the ones that calibrate on 6.86 or something like that. You want 7
So you’ll need to add calmag 1 ml/l go with 1/4 strength nutes for now. Keep it moist don’t let it dry right out. You’ll want some runoff every other feed until the roots fill the pot.

Use nutes everyday as stated above. Light green is a sign of nitrogen deficiency. The nute burn (burnt tips) looks old. Probably went a little hot when it was too small.
Spotting sign of the cal mag leeching from coco. Understanding why PH is important is understanding how plants receive their food.
Some fert line ups have ph buffer agents that save beginners the need from buying pens and other accessories.
