Purple and Red leaves

1000 ml of water every 2-3 days

Hi , a bunch of my plants leaves are turning purple, red and yellow and crisping up.

I read this was most likely due to a phosphorus deficiency so I added a light dose of Biobizz Biobloom into their watering yesterday and today the issue was worse when I checked on them today.

Do you water enough to achieve adequate runoff? Could be salt buildups in the medium.

1000ml is like 1/4 of a gallon. That’s not enough IMO. Water until a good run off. Approx 10% of what you put in.

I didn't want to overwater as I have had issues before...

I don't get much run off so it makes sense to what @Renfro suggests as it may be salt build up.

Over watering is not about volume it’s about frequency. You need to completely saturate your soil until “runoff”. Typically that’s about 10% of what the plant just took in. That way you flush out any salt build ups like @Renfro was talking about

When you water, water heavy and make sure you get good runoff as this will prevent salt buildups. Failure to allow the medium to dry enough between watering is what we call overwatering. So 100% not about volume of water but frequency.

One other thing I didn’t see you mention was ph. Are you checking it at all and what is it?

If it's going in at 6.2 - 6.5 and it's coming out at 7.0 then the pH of the medium is higher than 7.0 for sure.

Until you’re watering correctly I wouldn’t worry about the runoff number.

put it in correctly (and the correct volume) and you will see changes

One thing to note, the affected foliage won't show noticeable improvement but the symptoms should largely stop getting worse with the exception of leaves already yellowed possibly drying up and going crispy as they have already been relieved of their reserves of mobile nutrients.
