Difinative time for natural decarb over time?

So I'm going to make Brown Dragon this week in my MB2(130 for 8 hours, Everclear 190) and I've had jars of trimmed buds in the freezer for almost a year(i only smoke 2-3 times a week and stacked up 10 jars and some small extra amountsts). My question is by this amount of time has it possibly already decarbed naturally? I want the psychoactive effects and not really CBD so im worried if i oven decarb at this point, i might lose the effects i want.

If its CBD you are after, you'll still want to decarb. CBD-A actually decarbs to CBD at a higher temp than THC-A does.

No, i want THC, not CBD or CBN. I'm worried that since it's been sitting so long if i further decarb in the oven it will degrade the THC. I'm looking to feel high and not sleepy.

If the weed has been in the freezer all this time I doubt its decarboxylated itself. If anything it slowed down the natural decarb effect. I prefer to decarb my weed in a mason jar inside of a pressure cooker. More even temps and everything stays inside of the same jar that I use to infuse.

No it's ok, i make butter and usually don't oven decarb and it's good, but I've never made anything else.
The reason your butter is good is because the process of making butter induces decarboxylation. In order for decarboxylation to occur you need either heat or a solvent (or both). Cooking the butter covers the heat and the butter itself acts as a solvent. You just get a more complete decarb if you do it in the oven first. If you want more info on decarbing in a pressure cooker or instant pot lemme know.

I have the Magical Butter Machine and did Coconut Oil and it came oit good without any oven decarb, but with the low temp of 130 for the 190 Everclear, i thought it too low to decarb even over 8 hours. Was planning on 250 for 30 min.

Well the ever clear will decarb it some. That's how tinctures work. The longer you leave it, the more complete the decarb. The only way to speed it up is by heating it (which is dangerous as hell if you don't know what you are doing). Doing a proper decarb can only make your final product better! As long as you don't burn it you are fine. As long as you keep the temp below 300F you'll be fine. Any temps above 300F and you run the risk denaturing all of the fun bits of the plant (like THC!) My pressure cooker gets up to 230 so and I usually run it for an hour so 250 in the oven for 30 mins is perfect. Could even go a little longer to 45.
