Cool outside air before coming into room?

Is there a way to cool air coming from the outside during the summer into the grow room so it actually cools it?

Not growing in a tent or the basement.
I have a fully sealed and insulated grow room (10x15) in the shed.

Just not sure I want to invest in AC as I got LEDs for my lights and would like to keep things on the cheaper side for now.
Will eventually go CO2 and mini split AC, dehu, etc.

In a very dry environment a swamp cooler could help if you are in veg.

Used window ac unit seems real cheap as a get u by solution for now...

Fuck those swamp coolers. Even people in the barrios in West Texas are dumping them. Mini-split or window AC.

X A cheap window ac works wonders in my shed, mine is also fully sealed and running co2
