Close to $100 a seed. Good grief! There isn't a single strain out there worth that. Especially these pollen chucked hybrids out there these days. I wouldn't pay the initial $100 price for the seeds to begin with. Nothing's worth $10 a seed. I don't pay for hype and I can't believe what people pay for seeds. So much of the stuff out there today is just a pollen chuck crossed with another pollen chuck, given a new name, and sold for the highest price some people will pay.

I laugh when I read about how the latest Banana Nugget Pineapple Kush is the best there ever was and then the following week it's the Chocolate Caramel Space Monkey Haze or some other bullshit. It's like targeting Vapes to kids by making flavors like Creamsicle and Cherries Garcia.

Are you sure about that as I think you are mistaken. I believe seeds are legal as long as not germinated. Where they get you is seed import laws. All seeds being imported need to have a lab issued doc declaring they are free of pesticides and such. With the proper paperwork you can import all the seeds you want if I am not mistaken.

I could be. But cannabis is still a schedule 1 drug and I don't think they differentiate between leaf, stem, flower, or seed. The thing with seeds is that now with hemp legalized there is really no way to determine if they are hemp or not.

But if they come from overseas in packages that scream "I'm Not Hemp". They're taking them if the find them. Not just from lack of paperwork but because they're not hemp. :peace:

Yeah, I am just not sure. I know the laws here in Canada but not sure on USA.

Seeds are under 3% THC and therefore considered hemp, which is legal. The lack of paper work is more of an agriculture issue than a drug issue, and only applies to importing from foreign countries.

This was taken off of Cannarado's site in the FAQ under "Is this legal?"
