Top and clone?...??

What is thinking of topping that top node off in trying to clone it and creating a Bush for a mother plant

If you could create a bush under that light, you would already have a bush. And are you specifically growing it in a solo cup for a reason? If so, why did you choose one that lets light in? If you need to keep it small, you can do some research on fluxing or manifolding...

Generally cuts aren’t taken from a plant until its bigger, usually clones are taken from lower branches that have a few nodes.
That plant does not even have branches, hardly any growth from nodes on main stem.
I wouldn’t try and clone the top, they’ll be no plant left.
Just get more light and have patience, you can clone tops I have many times, but you want some side branching first... u know what’s it called.. growth?

Put it in a bigger pot and just bury her deep in the soil to cut down on their height a bit before you give them some stronger light
