yea not sure what to do yet.never even expected them to all grow well and to end up with 7 fems????.
i was expecting only 3-4 fems max.

This is two weeks under three 125W CFL's. First pic is when they started, second and third pics are two weeks later. I always use CFL's all the way thru veg, then switch to HPS to flower. I think you should lower the lights down as far as you can to where you can put the back of your hand over the tops of your plants and the light doesn't burn your skin. Let them veg another two weeks like that. They should be starting to grow with alternating nodes by then if your timeline is correct. Then flower them. Good luck.

hahahahahahahahahahahaha this thread and my pics shown when i started it on 16/10/08 are real they have been flowering for 3 weeks now.i cant believe where they are at now ONE MONTH LATER.
go back and read the thread from the start and you will see they were started under cfls.

i am passed the light distance measuring lesson and have the factual info.
i dont have to put my hand above the plant and fuck about.

Putting your hand over your plants is clearly not a way to measure light, lol, unless of course you have a light meter strapped to it. Simply a way to get the lights as close as possible without burning your plants up. Glad you got everything squared away now, best of luck the rest of the way.

This is by far the easiest way to set up the light distance from your plants, especially for noobs, this technique has been used by indoor growers for decades and is tried n tested
Charts dont mean nothing in real growroom situations mate, if you followed stated charts for everything in your entire grow, your bound to fuck up, every growroom, lamp/ballast manufacturer, plant strain is different, and you need to set stuff up to yours and your plants needs, not to a chart

and as you know mate my situation with the lighting distance is not still fully resolved but i am getting a better idea of my requirements for my small grow space and think i am starting to judge the distance just by looking at the height(i hope).
its about 7" above the top buds.

well i worked it out its day 64 (9 weeks) from seed.
5 weeks of vegging(poorly) first 2 weeks under cfls.
and its day 27 of 12/12.

so fuck.its working for me and its my first real chance of pulling a harvest.
(thats my only goal).things will be better as i learn and i dont expect much its just all experience for me and i wish less people would stop trying to impress others and try and respect the people who want good advice.
there are far too many people who think they are better than the next player and try to brag and boast about there(so called) growing skills.
THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEONE BETTER NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO.
