Can you slowly ease you away in to flower for instance
I started at 18/6

17/7
16.5/7.5
16/8

.
You get the point untill I reach 12/12

you want tp avoid the streach by lighting as close to daylight hours, you can do it, but its probably best to throw them into 12/12 and be done with it, unless height restrictions are needed, you will still get a lot of growth doing it by lowering slowly

Nope switch it to 12/12 and let them roll. Why would you want to ease in anyways it takes 2 weeks before the plant is in flower mode anyway.
That's how it's done outdoor the days approaching fall get shorter and colder that's how the plant knows it's time to flower

I was trying to save on electricity jus a lil bit

I get the point yes but not the purpose of it, what are you achieving by doing that?

Personally I'd just change it to 12/12.

So if your trying to save on electricity then switch straight to 12/12. Yes that's how it's done outdoors however you're not outdoors. You are lord and master of your growing domain. Are you lower the temp in your tent too? Changing humidity up and down all day and night like outdoors?

You could cut back a few hours each day without any problems.
EDIT... I'm assuming that it's a photo, yeh I know what they say about assuming lol.

Right by lowering it little by each day I still get some good growth without throwing them into flower right away

They take 2 weeks to switch to flower in that 2 weeks they can easily double or triple in size on 12/12 all good growth too. If you wanted a ton of growth beforehand 24 hrs to 18 hours is all you need. These clones in my room were 6 to 8 inches 3 weeks ago and they just switched to flower Friday. Nothing but 18 hrs of light. Just make sure you have enough QUALITY light.

In a way yes I have a room that I will leave the window open so it kinda controls everything for me except for the lighting when its lights out the doors and windows get shut...so yes plenty of fresh co2 and ventilation from the fans, humidity does change everyday and my temps right range from 85 to 65 Fahrenheit because I dont use the ac unless I have to....so it gets warm in the day cooler at night

Be careful leaving the windows open is a good way to get pest and/or mildew or mold. Ideallyyou want a 10 degree swing on temp. So say 85 during the day you want 75 at night. Also be mindful of your humidity. In veg try and keep it around 65% especially if your temps are going that high until you hit flower then you want 55% for early flower and 45 to 40% late flower.
