Yes - How much Cal in base?
Little much? Maybe for those strains yellowing. Looks like low N, maybe some high P along with it.
anything above 1000 umol should be enhanced 1 for 1 over 1000, my light rated 1482umol so about 1080 usable umol, so co2 should be at 1080 ppm co2 for optimum growth, what about these lights that are pushing over 2700umol? Shoots my theory all to hell. I know that co2 helps with intense light absorbsion. Like someone said above 1200ppm of co2 should be max. Only my opinion, we all have them. I dont test ppm of co2 as am using homebrew co2, but since using have noticed big difference. Over 1500 ppm will draw in bugs or so lve been told.
The better the led the more they tend to eat up calcium so coco plus fluence equals a need.....of more cal mag for sure.
Here are some photos guys I really appreciate all the insight.
the peanut butter breath section is looking good. Did see a few signs of calcium def. there is also a platinum cake on that4x4 that’s doing very well.
the other two 4x4 with platinum cakes are doing ok just not gaining terpenes and not stacking as large bud structure as the 4x4 w/ Pb breathe and 1 platinum cake.
Last night I reduced camg to .2 and upped my p,k & mag/sulfur
@ 1.6 ec
Flora flex b1 and b2 1-1.5 ratio.
day 33.
1st photo platinum cake in PB section under
Electric sky led stacking way harder and putting off much more trichs and terms than fluence section.
photo 2: calcium showing on PB breathe
Photo 3 is a PB bud that got bend under trelace and is subsequently under the fluence. ( the rest of this plant under the electric sky looks great and no necrosis just this bud)
next 4 photos are looking down the line into the fluence sections ( all platinum cake)
I know things look decent but trust me the platinum cake tables are way behind in production & vigor trichs terps...
Next photo is platinum cake under fluence
last photo is off platinum cake under electric sky looking beastly
in short I’m down to 1.6 ec I’ve reduced camg and upped p and k and am going to really observe the changes that come when lights come up and over the next few days.
if lack of calcium is the problem we are deffinately about to find out quickly
