Homeland Security

Bill also had to cancel last week's show because he tested positive for covid, he's vaccinated, so he never got sick. Darwin will deal with you though, cause the new variants are much more contagious. There are enough morons like you in America to make it happen to those stupid enough not to get vaccinated. Soon you'll be infecting each other and since most of you don't want to wear masks that shouldn't take too long. Unfortunately you'll be infecting kids and the vulnerable too, millions of Americans are immunocompromised and you'll probably kill a few.

I guess tsa is part of homeland security, man, I miss airports and flying being a wonderful fun experience.

As a whole though, homeland security creeps me out and reminds me of some sort of secret police.

Mahr is the equivalent of Joe Rogan for the left leaning "independents."
see i don't like Joe Rogan either. i used to consider Maher a progressive but no more.

Homeland security is theater. Just like the covid con. The weight of all the lies is going to tip Guam over, I say !

In other news Bill Maher has finally gotten a clue.

Bill Maher Cancels ‘Real Time’ Again This Week After Positive Coronavirus Test
“Real Time with Bill Maher” will be back on HBO next week

HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” will be off again this week as the show continues its safety protocols following the host’s COVID-19 diagnosis.

Maher revealed last week that he’d tested positive for the coronavirus during the show’s routine testing process. It was expected he’d need to take at least two weeks off before returning to the program.

Maher, who is vaccinated and asymptomatic, is now slated to return to his HBO slot on May 28. Instead of running a new “Real Time” episode this week, HBO is filling the slot with an encore of the fifth episode of “Mare of Eastown.”

Asymptomatic carriers of the coronavirus can still pass it on to other people in close quarters. One of the dangers of being an asymptomatic carrier is the person with the virus often doesn’t realize they have it until they’re tested, and by then, they could have unknowingly transmitted it. It’s been estimated that up to 50% of people who test positive for COVID-19 don’t have symptoms.

Thankfully, HBO’s COVID-19 testing protocols caught Maher’s diagnosis early and he was able to quarantine — even though it meant two weeks off from “Real Time.” In a tweet after his May 13 diagnosis, Maher said he was disappointed he’d missed a show for the first time since 1993, but said he’s been vaccinated and felt “perfectly fine.”

People with both doses of the coronavirus vaccine can still contract the virus, but that’s not exactly proof that vaccines aren’t effective against it. The CDC reports post-vaccination infections — dubbed “virus breakthrough cases” — are rare but to be expected as more people get the vaccine. The CDC said in late April that less than 10,000 breakthrough cases were reported, compared to over 95 million Americans who got fully vaccinated.

Me either, Rogan is the gatekeeper to the weird shit on the right. Agree on Maher, part of it is I think he didn't really keep up with the times. What were once progressive views might not be anymore. Kind of like Dennis Miller being considered pretty liberal in the 80s-90s...but then....nah.

The creepy vibe. Im not sure which bill you mean.
Ah, welp, I don't like that the government spies on its citizens. Obviously it's been happening forever, but it got cemented and became acceptable with the department of homeland security. I didn't like it under W, Obama, or trump.

Id agree more if it wasn't us spying on ourselves and just expecting our own government to be the only ones that can't access data to more efficiently do the jobs we need them to do as a society.

Especially when we know foreign militaries are using this same data to attack us all.

When you say "vaccine" regarding covid, you really mean experimental shot that manufacturers are legally immune from and the general public is acting as guinea pigs for right?

You don't know what will happen to you, after your "vaccine" , but it's doubtful it will help you form coherent arguments.

The Department of Homeland Security sounds a lot like The Committee for Public Safety which was led by Robes Pierre

Rob you're on big government Medicare and old age security, no one is gonna force you to get a vaccine because you're not on private healthcare insurance and you don't work for a living, so no employer will force you to get vaccinated.

Maybe the government should make vaccines mandatory when they come out of emergency use statues for those on Medicare though, it would save a lot of money and bother.

exactly, but we had to. once the CDC announced masks off and throwing caution to the wind? honor system? Americans? ummmmm, no. i went and got mine.

it was a cold bottle so the vaccine sat there in my muscle for a second then i got a huge rush when i walked out of the room. i was waiting to pass out or need my inhaler or their epi-pen. just the rush- not unpleasant at all certainly not narcotic but not unpleasant. i literally could feel it in my brain even though there are no nerves..you know like anything else you can feel in your brain. sore arm like i worked out no big deal at all

Only you should decide what goes into your body.

BTW, do you know what was in the concoction you allowed them to inject with you ?

I just got it the other day for the same reason. I was more than happy to wait and just mitigate my own risks until it became a thing where no one wears a mask at all. When it comes to messaging, our government just blows. If only we began the pandemic on the same side and didn't politicize mask wearing in the beginning.

Hope you're consistent and have never taken any shot ever, because you don't technically know anything either, even from the grocery store.

I know you're not though, because it's not possible to be.

it was 'honor system' that brought me to my senses + a transplant doctor said to do it..i needed to hear that they are giving it to the sickest of the sick and they're not dying. they haven't tested my group yet and with bad Shingrex #1, allergic to another new med for seizure and i got the death rash..my doctors aren't making me feel great. even when i get steroid shots for something else my doctor is 'don't go to the gym, shopping or anywhere for two weeks make sure you wear a mask..do you promise to do this?' he's afraid because 'he's not liking what he's reading' and steroid drives your immunity down.

but yeah. congrats! did they give you a prize? i got 10% off Safeway grocery good until 12/31/21.
