how long till transplant

here is my 3 week plant. How long till transplant?I still see no roots coming out of the bottom. How is she looking
Early in life once a plant grows to the size of the container it’s in it can be transplanted. For instance, if the branches and leaves all reach to the edge of the pot or beyond then then roots have done the same, also the roots will be as deep as the plant is tall. Obviously the plant can still grow larger if it has outgrown a container but you run the risk of root-bounding them. Once you get to your final container size you just let her grow

Does it pose a treat if it gonna rain for the next week or so i mean slugs and snails
