Quick question? Do you still work for and LP if so what are they using?Thanks everyone for all your responses. A lot of great info here for sure. A lot of info points to it not being systemic but I've seen a lot of folks go to insane lengths only for it to keep popping up. I found Quest had a ton of great knowledge for folks to read. I've found some folks swear by one product while others refute their success so I'm confused as to find a clear good product to effectively use in Veg.

It kills on contact and lowers leaf ph making the plant less susceptible to blight and mildew as well as pests(mainly in the arachnid family so mites typically). Treat once every two weeks in veg and never mix with oil based treatments or you’ll murder your plants out quick.

Yes, we use a mixture of sprays in rotation, Regalia Maxx, Zerotol, and Milstop with the addition of burning Sulphur. Im leaning towards ordering Zerotol 2.0 because I know a few folks who have used it on an outbreak and swear by it, plus I've used it at work. I like Regalia because its easy on the plants but its messy as hell, I planned to do this in a tent so I'm not sure regalia would be the best with how messy and staining it is.

I like airless paint sprayers. They give a super fine gentle mist that (even though I say gentle) has quite a push to it. It moves the plants around quite a bit, even from ten feet away, without damaging anything.
It makes it fast and easy to cover everything.

I've never sprayed it indoors but I would imagine it should be sprayed with the lights off. Either an hour prior or just at lights out. I've only used it on outdoor cannabis plants, my vegetable garden, and roses. I had no PM last year when I typically get bad PM on some of my vegetables especially the squashes and cucumbers which are a PM magnet. The roses didn't get it either like they do every year. There has actually been a significant amount of study regarding the US of potassium silicate and PM.
I also wouldn't spray it on the buds as it's going to dry on the plant but if used throughout veg it should build up on the leaves to create a barrier preventing PM from taking hold. Although, after thinking about it some it would probably wash off with a bud wash at harvest like people use if their plants had PM during flower.

I do the wash even without any pm showing. Sooo many things you don't see come off. Tiny dead bugs, hairs ,dust, who knows wtf that little thing is, type stuff. And like you suggested it removes any residual bicarbonate or anything else. And the wash kills off any new spores that have landed on them just prior to harvest. I NEVER get post harvest problems since starting this years ago.

I wash outdoor weed and I feel better smoking it knowing that I washed off all the crap that ends up in the water. I've had plants that a bird decided to poop on. Disgusting.
I squirm whenever I see pictures of buds covered in hair and lint. I've had friends who's weed was so nasty that when you went to break up the buds they would almost stay together from all the dog hair and crap embedded in them. That's worse than the old brick weed where you would occasionally find a chunk of spider web, dead spider, or other bugs.
I don't wash my indoor grown because it's pretty damn clean. The only time anything can get in is when I open the door. All the intake vents are covered with I think MERV 8 filter material.

Don't forget the rocks, bottle caps and plastic that came in those bricks too. They let you keep all that stuff for free! Lol
