I was told I could have a potassium or iron deficiency. If so can my plants still bounce back this late in flower.

There's plenty of informative stuff regarding hydroponics, lighting, nutrients on YouTube, just steer clear of the weed specific stuff.
Growing cannabis is 99% the same as growing a pepper or tomato.

Dr. Bruce Bugbee from Utah St. has some informative cannabis-specific videos that are worth a watch.

First grow wondering how close I am to harvest? Growing too different types of plants vanilla frosting and stoopid fruits.

They can get bigger , i would wait a couple of weeks. flush also.

Also I don’t normally check my ppm. It’s was 262 is that too low I try to just put half or 1/4 strength nutes so I dont over due it

Well it looks like your plants were over fed. So idk what you should do. If what your saying is. All I can recommend is. Let soil dry. Then use water only. Let soil dry again. Then continue feeding at regular strength.
