let me start off 1. 48 hours darkness before harvest 2. stop feeding and flush 3. put a nail in the stalk any more myths out there?

One thing for sure, it is great to see that there are so many fellow growers trying to learn more about this craft.
 
Overall, I don’t think Lost Leaf‘s video makes any specific claims other than what the lab results showed. I do think other data points were needed, but clearly different periods (lengths) of darkness prior to harvest did have an impact on THC and terpene production.

30 years ago?

This crappy chart many go by today says 50-70% is peak harvest time. It's one of the reasons so many new growers harvest their plants early. As you can see I put a red X over it.
