The democrats don't favor open borders, Obama cracked down on illegal immigration the hardest. It's bullshit anyway, if you don't want undocumented workers, require employers to make sure their worker are documented and fine or jail them when they are not.

Here's reality Cletus, America needs immigrants to maintain population growth, most advanced countries do and in some the problem is acute. Empowered emancipated women with jobs don't have as many kids as the used to, they have birth control. Nobody from Europe wants to come to America and not that many from Asia either these days, so it's brown folks, mostly from the worlds trouble spots who want to immigrate. We live in modern large scale multicultural societies these days, immigrants don't come by boat, they come by plane and go back home frequently to visit family and friends. The internet connects them to their home cultures and families too, this is the modern reality, get used to it and it ain't just in America either.
