Properly flush weed vs unflush weed

You left off the part that she’s employed by the nutrient company that ran the study.
Who the hell cares who's she's employed by? She conducted a valid scientific study and the results are there for all to see. You probably didn't even read the study. Some of us believe in science not some voodoo thought up by a bunch of stoners.

And it's not just that study. Anyone that knows anything regarding plant science knows that the primary function of flowers is to reproduce. If you take what it needs away from the roots the plant will move stuff from other parts of the plant and move it to the flowers. Nothing leaves the flowers. You can't flush anything out of the plant. All you can do is starve it so it cannibalizes itself.

Answer this simple question. Where do the nutrients you're flushing out go? They don't travel back down into the soil through the roots and they don't drip out of the flowers. So where do they go?

Plant tissue is made of elements. Nitrogen, calcium, phosphorous, etc... are elements. How do you flush away plant tissue?

If they have less than a few hundred posts, I assume its a sock account run by a bored regular smoking shitty weed looking to troll to the forum. ;-)
As I reside below the Mackinac, I find the troll title mis used. LOL.

Socks must suck. Ever try to breathe through a sock? Don't answer. LOL.

And flush is doing what? You just force fed a plant what for how long? And now you can magically rinse it away in a few days? I stop feeding nutes towards the end because the plants are no longer uptaking. Waste of supplies. Dry method and cure determine your impressions as the end user. Not the flush. LOL.

Lol bro you’re so bent out of shape about this you’re making up arguments in your mind. Lay off the shitty weed and you might be less paranoid.

I can't believe how naive so many cannabis growers are that they believe the flushing nonsense. Even when presented with a scientific study using solid methodology they still claim flushing makes weed better. It's like the loonies that still believe the election was stolen. Some people just believe what they want regardless of the FACTS and SCIENCE.
there are people out there who still believe the world is flat, ignoring that Christopher Columbus proved this was false in 1492

....seems there is always people who will believe in whatever, no matter how wrong they are

Actually many growers need to flush their grow medium. Not because it makes the weed smoke better but because they overfeed their plants and dump a gazillion gallons of bloom boosters on them. The grow medium is so toxic that flushing is probably the only way to keep the plant alive until harvest. Even then they end up with KFC plants that all the uneducated growers think look awesome.

Take this for example. All the people following that canuck clown on youtube raving about his crappy grows of fried to a crisp plants.

Yes these plants should have had the medium flushed out due to extreme overfeeding by a crappy grower.

And now I bring you the canuck. Nice plants huh? And he flushes.

Over this past year, I've smoked a lot more of people weed than in my whole life. And I can say this wholeheartedly, flushing or not flushing has nothing to do with the crap I'm seeing. If that is where your game is at honestly, to flush or not? Just choose one and lie to half the people who smoke it. I mean, come on, grow up. Who cares? I 100% do not care how any of you choose to flush or not flush. Do both, choose your self, and do the world a freaking favor and never start another one of these threads. about a pound.

So much stupid stuff cannabis growers do.

Go to any plant forum for any type of plant grown in the world. I'm not talking about people that have only grown cannabis and got their information off of grow weed easy. I'm talking about Master Gardeners and people that have decades of horticulture experience. Go to any and tell them some of the nonsense cannabis growers do and they'll laugh for days if you can even convince them that people actually do this stuff.

Would you agree to use just water to “flush”? Genuinely asking. I’ll stick with science, but my instinct tells me to stop nutes 2 weeks before? Super new to growing.
I'm a chemist, not a plant biologist. But I don't think that if I added, say, potassium nitrate to feed them in flower, that the bud would be explosive... the chemicals in fertilisers are transformed by the roots before they travel to the aboveground parts. Actually, I don't use anything but water in the last several weeks but that has nothing to do with "flushing". It's because the plants already have what they need, and any more will just start nute burn.
