Mites. But hard to tell on my phone. I’d confirm mites. Thrips you can still grow and kill. Mites on the other hand are a little harder. Plenty of threads here how to kill mites. Good luck.

Ima just buy pesticides spray the lower leaves kill of of them and the only take the top parts of the new leaves and make clones. After I have enough clones ima chop those plants down
