Couple noobs questions

Hi guys couple questions, firstly when it's lights off in your grow tent what is an ideal temperature for the tent to be at? I know during lights on I want it probably no more than 30degrees Celsius.

And for people who use humidity and heat controllers obviously you want to hang the probes around canopy height but does the fans blowing the probes around effect the reading?

Ideally you want good enough airflow to have the temps fairly consistant through out your tent. I hang my temp probe off to the side out of the light.
Nighttime temps for me are 68F

For me I like an 8-10 degree variance
