Mother plant broke in half and bottom is gone!

Hello everyone I have a 911!! So I broke my plant in half...well I didn't some asshole stole my plant and during that they thought they could climb up my balcony and take my shit ... Its week 5 or 6 of flower and I got up to a broke plant and no soil!!! They got away with the bottom part so I ended up putting in right into water it stayed fine for about a week and now it's looking stressed the leaves are wilting and dropping but the buds are so nice and fat I dont want to lose what's left... Any suggestions?? I just want the buds to continue to fatten and get as much yield as I can...it once stood 20 FOOT.... Now it's wilting I cloned some of what I could .... Also new at cloning I have rooting powder...also I used aloe to dip them in....thank you to all my fellow stoners

Get it out of the water. Drowning. OH BOY! Next time just a splint and tape. Broken stems and branches can be fixed.

And tell the water fix person to no longer advise.
