against a crouched guy half your size who can't reach your gun? the angle from behind Rittenhouse shows him (when Rosenbaum stumbled because he couldn't grab the barrel) level off and execute him.

and he did a few more times after.

BTW i've not followed this case much so everything i'm seeing is new to me.
Half his size? He was shorter and 20 years older. He spent ten of those years in prison and was hyper aggressive earlier threading to kill Rittenhouse if he caught him or the other guy alone. He was a psych patient released that day. There is no doubt in my mind he could of seriously injured Rittenhouse. There is no doubt he would of taken his gun. So you say execute and I say minimize a threat of great bodily injury or death

I don’t know if he pretended to be a bystander or was in shock but the other stuff you said was true aside from leaving out killed more after being attacked again. I mean there is video he didn’t just start opening up and only shot 8 rounds and only at those who directly attacked him. The guy with the gun he drew down on and only shot after he lifted his gun. Had he turned and ran he probably wouldn’t have gotten shot. I mean this isn’t opinion this is all on videos
good point but by circling around then pretending to be part of the crowd.rittenhouse:'need a medic' reporter: 'call 911'..rittenhouse to friend called: 'i just shot somebody' reporter heard him say it.

Rittenhouse left the scene, the city, the state.

he knows what he did, because before he left he killed others during his 'shock'.

if you haven't seen the footage, you really should..c'mon this is not what we're about.

Yeah I agree he fucked up there no doubt. I’m not his defense team I’m simply stating what I saw. There was a lot he shouldn’t have done or done different. Also a lot of people blame the mom but he lied to her and told her he was going to stay at his best friends house. She had no idea.

I know,

Employment AND wages are up. 2022 looks to be a very good year for working people.

I can totally understand why a Republican doesn't want that to happen right now.
What world are you living in? Gas is double in price, and store shelves are empty where I live. My business has supplies back ordered for months at a time. Beef is 2-3x it's normal price.

I don't care who runs the show, as long they keep the world i live in actually working.

They have all the day’s testimony of the actual trial on YouTube. It’s really interesting. I have been following it like miniseries. There was a lot I learned

I totally agree with you there.
It's a terrible idea and what is the reason why? Because it's an awesome recipe for someone dying, right? Once that decision is made, for an illegal straw purchase of a deadly weapon so that a minor can illegally take that deadly weapon to the streets, that moment when they hit the street is when a disregard for human life is established. You don't need to have someone die in order to establish a disregard for human life, so you were making a mistake in your thought process when you were trying to apply it to specific events in hindsight. Because, regardless of whether you or I think that eventual killing is justified, we've established that kyle has caused the death of another person as the result of a disregard for human life....and *that* is the exact definition of reckless homicide in the first degree and carries a max sentence of 60 years with an additional 5 years enhancement for committing the crime with a deadly weapon.

how do you know he was in psych? prison? that's pretty irrelevant.

i saw a guy throw a plastic bag at a kid with an AR; the shorter, older guy who lunged at the AR missed; guy with AR leveled off and executed him by pulling the trigger 4 times.

that's what i saw.

i posted some information about pharamcology..did you get to read it? bloggers really shouldn't practice medicine.

if rittenhouse wasn't such a dough boy..? i just had to point that out.

his culpability lies in what rittenhouse did when directed to call 911- the fact that he didn't shows that he was of sound mind and knew he did wrong..he even stated it to who he called which was overheard by witness.

You can look up the prison term and history on Google and as far as the psych meds it came up in the trial. Of course Rittenhouse was aware of neither but it does explain the erratic aggressive behavior that night.
I saw a guy that had been aggressive and had threatened to kill Rittenhouse earlier if he caught him alone chase Rittenhouse, throw a bag, yell at him, heard a gunshot, and saw him corner him. Honestly if you were Rittenhouse would you not have defended yourself?
