Germinated seed just sprouted help

Should I take the dome off? I only added about 40% of the soils volume in water three days ago when I first planted beginning the germination process. Earlier today I touched the top of the soil and it felt dry so I dropped a few droplets of water to moisten the surface with no runoff water.

I would take the dome off yes. Wait till the cup feels light when you pick it up. When I start seeds in solo cups I use a shot glass worth of water. Usually last 3-5 days

Sounds good I removed the dome, tent humidity is sitting between 55-65% with temps fluctuating between 75-78 for rn. I have roughly 5000 lux directed towards the sprout atm is that too much or just right?

Thanks for the words of encouragement. These are feminized seeds from Barney's Farm that I'm running (biscotti mintz and orange punch x mimosa) the third seedling is from Humboldt seed organization (bubba's gift). I have 10 more seeds however, this is my first grow. I actually prefer these seasoned growers to give me their tough criticism as that's the only way I'll learn ahead of time before commiting mistakes. I will constantly be posting updates on this grow, I expect great results as I've bought the best of the best when it comes to equipment.

Your equipment doesn't grow you do. The most common mistake right now is overwatering, then over feeding or putting the seedling into a hot soil mix. Good luck and read a LOT on this. Start a Grow Journal in that section so you can point people there if you have issues.

How bright your light is only becomes an issue if your seedling is too close. Best of luck and relax.

This is true however, I did a fair enough of research and equipment does play a role in the grow or else people wouldn't rave over certain grow lights, fabric pots, inkbird temperature and humidity control etc. I'm sure having a hlg scorpion diablo 650 led light, elechomes humidifier, ac infinity incline fan, ink bird temperature and humidifier control, two oscillating fans, par meter/ lux meter, buildasoil 3.0 soil, Gaia green organics Amendments will help me along as I *do my grow*. As you can see I'm turning to this forum to avoid overwatering because in this aspect it's all new to me. I have a journal so far I've jotted when I planted seeds to germinate, the temperature and humidity I've had the tent at, distance ive placed my light from cups as well as the Lux.
