I wouldn’t dim a 300watt Led unless your trying to clone with it. As far as different stages under one light, it’s all about canopy management. Trying to keep plants semi even if you have to raise up smaller ones so they don’t get shaded down low. That’s not a super intense light, I’d run it as close as possible with good fans

I don't know that thing put a lot of heat off

I've learned the hard way not to mess around to much with my lights in the middle of flowering I will try full blast a little closer next time

Yes but are you maintain 80 degrees. Invest in a inline fan of your worries about heat
It's around 75 degrees in the tent I have an inline fan just have it running back into the room an it heats the whole room and it's a cold basement

I would think looking at the ppfd maps that mars provides and that your plant has a flower well on its way , somewhere between 700-900 ppfd.
I would think 24 inches and as low at 18 on 100 percent.
Mind you if your not there cranking up needs to be monitored for stress.

Enjoy and good luck with your girls.

I use a TSW 2000.

50% in veg at 18 to 20 inches height, 70% when flip to flower, 100% 2 weeks into flower, 12 to 16 inches height throughout flower..
I have the same light and this is almost exactly what I do.

I know the system could be pushed harder, but I'm good with a mellow pace. I've had some light problems at high intensity with this MH model, so I just stay back a bit from that line (I have low RH and a high VPD).

Just adjust as the plants indicate, following your style.

I am running dimmer at 75% in veg (18/6) in a 3x3x6, have driver outside of tent. TSW2000 is hung at 5'8" basically as high as I could get it. Temps high is 26°C and I keep RH at 50%. Air is being exchanged with an AC Infinity T4.

The 2 girls I have in there are unknown ACE elite FEM from a mixed random pack, 7 weeks old from propagation today, topped once 6 days ago. They are in 1 gallon pots, 75% filled with Miracle-Gro moisture control soil 0.18-0.10-0.10. I am bottom/tray watering only, and they are drinking about a litre of water daily. They are getting up-potted shortly, taking some cuttings and flipping to flower in a week, as I'm doing a 2 month veg with them.

I also have bunch of pepper plants going, they are quite happy with the light setting as well. Big one is a Serrano Pepper tree, just over a year old, the others are all mini bells, red, orange, and green

My 1st indoor I did the setting the light to height and dimming as recommended in the manuals they give ya.... meh too much work, having to measure and adjust the light height daily vs when you can just set it and forget it.
