I'd look into doing preventative sprays using a product such as Lost COast Plant Therapy. I spray my outdoor and indoor plants with it once every 7-10 days until a month prior to harvest. If I get a weird random infestation of thrips or something (they do fly after all) I'll hit them with spinosad and byebye all of them for the rest of the crop cycle.

I agree, some of those black things look like poop.

It's probably poop from bigger bugs eating the little bugs and shitting them out onto the plant.

It's insane. I hit them with Neem/dish soap in the Arvo, make sure there's nothing on them when I'm done and by the next day they're back so I'm definately going to look into a better approach.

I've had thrips, those are not thrips, they are long and yellow/light brown.

The one pic with 4-5 little green ones is Aphids for sure, as you can see they are family oriented and always group like that.

Problem with being outside is there could be 20 different bugs living on your plants, some good, some bad.

You got flee beetles and aphids. If you are in the US you can always call your local university AG extension. They literally get paid from our tax money to answer your questions for you. Oh yeah and they are the experts.

Stuff works great for people who don't wanna mix all that shit up themselves. I do agree though it is not cheap. I get it cheaper than online at my local grow shop. I buy it by the gallon but haven't had to use any lately thankfully... Not to mention you need to use double strength to kill/stop any active issue per their instructions and reality...

I add a shot of isopropyl alcohol into the jug to spice it up and pair it with Azamax and if shit gets real I'll bust out the hazmat suit and gas mask and go to town with ZeroTol fogger.
