Funny we where discussing it just before covid........now we're the most moved to state in the country for '21.........nothing decent is going for a decent price. Everything was sold or new for a stupid price.
The beauty of homeownership is you have insulated yourself from that as you can sell your home and that will 'reduce' your new home purchase price, unless you're my son and have more money then sense and then you just buy beachfront in Encinitas.

I had my eye on this cool place that needed a little, but really awesome yard a couple ponds, access to the snowmobile trails, separate shop area......oh well.


Neighbors place went for 40k more than the asking price......everything is stupid.

Nothing is touchable here. Unless you have more money than sense. I was talking with a friend that's an agent. He has 16 homes for 12 buyers.....not enough is on the market. His stuff is way up there way way way out of budget.
