Coco VS soil. Same strain. Planted at the same time. Unreal

Coco does grow faster, still I wouldn't change growing in soil. I love all about it, the little microbes, the little insects, the smell of good soil, the worms, the fact that plants take what they need from the soil and I just needed to prep the soil once, the fact that I only need to water throughout the whole grow and not be mixing bottles frequently, I like that I can reuse the soil multiple grows without flushing it or washing it to prevent salt build up, I like that I can use organic grows in conjunction with having a worm farm. And if everything is well set up from the beginning, the plant will grow happy, green, smelly and tasty without me doing much.
But to each its own. Growing in coco does have its own merits.

There's a channel on youtube i watch, dude is doing this very thing right now. His coco plant is bigger too, not surprising. But, it's all about that end product, if you treat that soil right it'll show on the final flowers.

Nice looking plants!!
Synthetic grows are a lot faster .. hence the California use of them for large profits...but California produce...little on the salty side.

I grow in both. I was going to switch over to 100% soil after growing in coco for years but I decided I'm still going to do coco as well.

I’ve done hydro and soil, grown dank with both, my weeds been better since switching to soil, but part of that’s my environment being more dialed and me improving as a grower. Seriously considering switching to coco though. Soils expensive if you’re not in a position to build your own and don’t live near a grow shop, I’ve spent like $500 on soil over the past 6 months, I’d reuse it, but if I leave a chopped plants pot unattended for even a minute the cats try to piss in it.

What's the problem? They are just setting you up for a strong veg with a little bump of urea :bigjoint:
